MOUNTAIN PLAINS REGIONAL SUMMIT - An average of 75 individuals attended each of the four ICMA regional summits in March and April 2010. These gatherings offer professional development opportunities, time to network with colleagues in the region and informational updates on ICMA activities and benefits.
