Hotel Rooms
The conference rate is $225 per night for 1-person occupancy. This rate includes the $20 resort fee but not applicable taxes and fees. To make your hotel reservation, please click here. The conference block closes on Sunday, December 28, 2025. All reservations or cancellations must be made with the hotel by this date.
The hotel block fills up fast! We recommend registering and booking your hotel room as soon as possible. Please note that you may only book one room per full conference attendee. There are several options close by that attendees can choose from. Attached is a list of hotels near the Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock.
Meet With ACMA Senior Advisors – Thursday, January 29
ACMA Senior Advisors will be available at the ACMA Winter Conference for consultation or advice to all members. They will be available between 1:45 and 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 29. Anyone wishing to speak to either or both can call or e-mail them directly to set up a time. Inclusion of a topic would be helpful, and all conversations are treated confidentially.
