ACMA formulated its first strategic plan in 2002. Since that time, the plan has undergone several reviews and revisions. One of the most significant changes to date occurred in 2006 when the Board implemented the idea of creating work plans. These plans are tied to the overall strategic goals of ACMA in order to provide a means of more efficiently accomplishing its mission. Within each work plan are several Key Result Areas (KRAs) outlining a series of specific, measurable accomplishments that ACMA has set its focus on. The latest work plan detailing KRAs for 2014-2020 was updated at the Board’s annual retreat April 22-24, 2015.
