ICMA Coach Connect
Free one-on-one coaching is now available through ACMA’s partnership with ICMA mentoring program, CoachConnect!
ICMA CoachConnect is an online platform that enables one-to-one connections with coaches and learners. Registering for ICMA CoachConnect will help you connect with coaches or become a coach.
Through this program you can seek career guidance, ask project advice, and gain new perspectives by reaching out to ICMA coaches ready and eager to help you. Coaches can help you chart a path in local government, find information you need, and guide you to the answers that are right for you to difficult career questions. Coaching offers value for people at any stage in their careers by providing coaches with the opportunity to see their situation and opportunities from a fresh perspective.
